Overview
Practical visual design and production skills, from design principles to a real brand brief.
Digital Media Design runs 45 minutes a day, 5 days a week, for ten weeks each school quarter. In junior year, students learn the foundations one skill at a time. In senior year, they apply the same skills to real business briefs. Students research a real online brand and build its social media proposal.
Each quarter ends with a project that goes into the student's portfolio. Classes are kept to 20 to 30 students, so teachers can give real feedback on every project.
