Overview
Communicating ideas through video, storytelling and presentation, then applying it to business.
Digital Media Communications runs 90 minutes a day, 5 days a week, for ten weeks each school quarter. In junior year, students learn the foundations one skill at a time. In senior year, they apply the same skills to real business briefs. Students map a buyer journey and pitch a content plan for a business.
Each quarter ends with a project that goes into the student's portfolio. Classes are kept to 20 to 30 students, so teachers can give real feedback on every project.
