What we collect

When you send an enquiry or subscribe to updates, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, organisation, job title, phone number if provided, and your answers about your training needs.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and, if you subscribed, send you updates about webinars and programmes. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, where a programme goes ahead, for our business records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your rights

We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). You can ask to see, correct or withdraw consent for the use of your data by contacting us through the Work With Us page.
