How to be a Content Creator on Instagram (Virtual or Face to Face)

✓ 75% Hands-on activity included in the workshop.
✓ For school students, private runs or school organized workshops.
✓ Public runs for students during school holidays in June and December are available.
Recommended for: 13 to 16 year olds for public runs, 12 to 19 year olds for private and school organized runs.

Duration: 5.5 Hr | 10 Hr | 15 Hr Options Available
Course Fee: $250/student | $450/student | $650/student

Recommended class size for Private Runs: Min. 5 students, Max. 12 students.

Recommended class size for School Runs: Min. 15 students, and Max. 40 students for Schools.
Special School, CCA and ASE Programs Discount: 20% to 50% depended on workshop dates and program types. Youth homes and youth at risks programs will receive more discounts.

Training will be held at client's premises in the schools.

Booking of a training date and confirmation needs to be done 21 to 30 days in advance to qualify for discounts.

- Good & Bad Case Study on Instagram
- Types of posts on Instagram, and what's the post objectives?
- A buyer's journey on the Internet
- Class Activity: Think of a business you're trying to promote. What social media posts would you create for the business and why?

2. Instagram Marketing Best Practices
- What you should and should not do on Instagram
- Pros & Cons of Instagram Marketing
- Mapping a 2 to 4 week plan on Social Media Plan for an Instagram Business
- Instagram Insights, Analytics, Learn what works and replicate what works!
- 5 Ways to Grow & Create Brand Awareness on Instagram

3. Discoverability on Instagram (Hashtags & Advertising)
- Max. 2,000 characters & 30 hashtags
- Hashtag Research & Strategy
- Ways to Grow your Instagram Following, Engagements and Advertising
- Class Activity: Instagram Captions & Hashtag on the class project (individual activity)

4. Design a Social Media Post for Instagram with Canva
- Graphic Design Dimensions (Graphics, IG Story, Videos)
- Graphic Design Tips (Colours, Fonts)
- Posting unto Instagram, Scheduling on Instagram (i.e. Buffer/Creator Studio)

5. Instagram Insights, Algorithm and Ad Targeting Basics
- What and Why Advertise on Instagram?
- Instagram Ads and How to Budget for Instagram Ads for a Business
- Participants Hands-on: 10~15 min (Plan & Strategize an Instagram Ad Proposal)

6. Final Class Activity: Design an IG Story with Canva
- Final Q&A with Trainer (10 min)

Important Note

The above curriculum is covered within 5.5 hour (10am to 4.30pm), Lunch Provided for Students.

Charmaine is the Founder and Chief Digital Marketing Officer at Sky Digital Agency and The Good Designers

Being a web designer by training, she designs, consults and trains individuals in design, seo, digital marketing, digital strategy, and creative topics like Infographics.

She started training and equipping her clients in Facebook Marketing, SEO Marketing, Email Marketing, Infographics and Web Design topics since 2015. Till date, she has conducted more than 1,500 hours of training, and she is an ACTA Certified Trainer.

Charmaine is passionate about training, and helping others through training. She makes learning interactive, practical and fun. She enjoys breaking down complex topics to help participants gain better understanding and find success in the digital marketing campaigns with FREE digital tools available in the market for Entrepreneurs, Trainers, Business Owners, and SMEs to leverage on.

She strongly believes that the training industry needs more courses and training with smaller group of participants that allows them a more conducive environment to learn, ask questions, and have more 1-to-1 time with the trainer.
